Virtual

Many people struggle to accept the delivery of online coaching, therapeutic and supervision sessions or learning.

But there are many benefits to online practice.

  • Online connection breaks down geographical barriers and allows individuals to access sessions from anywhere, regardless of their location. This is particularly beneficial for those living in rural or remote areas with limited access to mental health services.
  • Online sessions and learning provides greater flexibility in scheduling appointments. It eliminates the need for travel time, allowing individuals to fit sessions into their busy schedules more easily.
  • Some people may feel more comfortable discussing personal and sensitive issues from the privacy of their own homes.
  • Online sessions provide a convenient solution for individuals who may have to relocate frequently or travel frequently due to work or other commitments. They can continue working with the same individual regardless of their physical location, ensuring continuity of care and a consistent therapeutic relationship.
